LOOSING SLEEP

I look and stare
but I can't sleep
I try to rest
my soul to sleep
I keep my thoughts
of good long sleep
I think for weeks
of how I sleep
I vision myself
layin down
on a beach
I loose my sleep
slowly by weks
my soul to keep
I want to sleep
I learn one day
no words to speak
I hope one day
I go to sleep.
